Group Yoga Sessions with Becoming. Yoga offer a sacred space where you can quiet your mind and calm your body using breath and movement, giving yourself the possibility for healing and wholeness. Whether faith is a part of your life or you are new to yoga, there is a place for you here.
I offer yin, restorative, power, slow flow and trauma sensitive individual yoga sessions.
Books such as The Body Keeps the Score, written by Psychiatrist Bessel Van Der Kolk,M.D. have transformed how trauma, depression and anxiety are treated. Science has proven yoga and meditation are innovative treatments for healing trauma, depression, anxiety and CPTSD.
